Shinu Mobile Service Center

Started the shop in Gali No 7 because it’s a good spot near the Gurudwara at Kota Junction. Most days it’s just me and the tools, opening up early and getting through the pile of phones that need work. People bring in mobiles with broken screens or buttons that don’t click anymore, and I just get to it. It gets a bit dusty on Gurudwara Road with all the traffic, but that’s how it is. I don't really have a big staff, just a few of us making sure things work again. Sometimes a repair takes longer because the parts are hard to find, but I tell folks straight how it's going. It isn't a fancy place with glass walls or anything like that. Just a counter and some chairs for people to wait while I look at their devices. We see a lot of the same faces from the neighborhood. It’s mostly about fixing whatever comes across the desk, whether it's a software glitch or a battery that won't hold a charge. The street can get crowded during the day, so finding the shop in Gali 7 takes a minute if you haven't been here before. I keep the shop open until late evening because that's when most people finish their jobs and have time to stop by. It’s a simple setup. We deal with all kinds of brands, whatever people in Kota are using these days. It’s just work.
