Sharma Mobile Store

We set up Sharma Mobile Store in the Kota Kaithun area because there were a lot of people looking for phone repairs and accessories around here. If you need a screen guard or a new charger, this is where we are. The shop isn't very large, so it can get a bit tight when three or four people are inside at the same time. I usually handle the repairs myself while my younger brother talks to the customers. We have a lot of different cases hanging on the walls, and sometimes they get a bit dusty if they've been there for a month. Kota Kaithun is a busy spot, so there is always noise from the street coming inside. We don't use any fancy computer systems for tracking everything; I just write things down in a big ledger book kept under the glass counter. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to use a small battery lamp to finish fixing a phone. It's not the most perfect setup, but it works for us and the people who live nearby. We try to be honest about how long a repair will take. If I can't fix it today, I will tell you plainly. Most people appreciate that. We spend our days dealing with cracked screens and batteries that won't charge anymore. It's just a normal day at the shop for us here in Kota. I spend most of my time looking at tiny screws.
