The shop is located right on Gumanpura Road, near the Rawatbhata Road intersection at number 19. It is a small space filled with boxes of mobile phones and glass cases full of chargers and cables. Most of our day is spent looking through magnifying glasses at tiny circuit boards or trying to peel off old screen guards that have shattered. People come in with phones that have fallen in water or screens that are completely cracked. We do what we can to fix them. Sometimes it takes an hour, sometimes it stays with us for three days if a part is missing. It gets quite noisy because of all the traffic outside. We have a few stools for people to sit on while they wait, but mostly they just stand and watch us work. We sell basic phones and some smartphones too, though people mostly come for the repairs and the small stuff like earphones or memory cards. The walls have a few old posters of phones that aren't even made anymore. It is a bit cramped in here with three of us working behind the counter, but we manage. We don't have a fancy website or a big sign, just the name above the door and a lot of tools scattered on the workbench. It’s just a regular local mobile shop where things are a bit messy but we get the work done eventually. It’s a lot of staring at small parts.
