Sai Mobile Point

This shop is located in the Main Market of Indra Gandhi Nagar, right on Udyog Marg near the D C M area. It’s a busy spot. We handle a lot of different things here, from basic mobile recharges to selling second-hand handsets. A lot of people from the nearby factories come in to add balance to their phones or to ask why their internet isn't working right. We also have a glass counter where we keep a few phones for sale. They aren't always the newest models, but they work well for people looking for a good deal. The shop isn't very large, so we have to use every bit of wall space for hanging data cables and earphones. I spend most of my day sitting on a stool behind the counter, talking to customers and trying to fix minor software issues. The market is always loud with horns and people shouting, so we have to speak up to be heard. We don't have any corporate training or a polished sales pitch. We just tell people what we have and what it costs. Sometimes we give a small discount if someone buys two things. It’s just a normal part of doing business in a place like Indra Gandhi Nagar. We've been here for a while and plan to stay as long as people need their phones fixed or topped up. It gets tiring but it is what it is.
