S N Telecom is situated at number 240, right where the Bal Mandir School Road meets the Bheem Ganj Mandi area in Chhabra. We’ve been handling phones and recharges here for a good amount of time. People often drop by because their screen cracked or the battery isn't holding a charge anymore. It's a small shop, usually filled with the sound of ringtones and people asking about data plans. We keep a variety of accessories like chargers and earphones on the wall hooks. It gets quite crowded in the afternoons when the school lets out and kids are walking past. The space is a bit tight, especially when more than three people are inside. We do our best to fix things quickly, but some parts take a day or two to arrive from the city. It's just the way it works. We aren't a big showroom with glass floors, just a practical place to get your mobile issues sorted. Sometimes the internet acts up when we are trying to do a digital recharge, so we have to ask customers to wait a minute. Most of our neighbors know us by name now. It is a busy street with lots of dust from the Mandi nearby, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the glass counters. We just keep doing our work day by day. We try to be helpful to everyone who walks through that front door, no matter how small their problem is.
