Rm High School

Rm High School is found in Ganesh Bhawan, which is part of the Nagar Nigam Colony in Chawani. This area of Kota is quite lived-in and has a real community feel to it. The school itself is housed in a building that looks like many others in the neighborhood, so you have to look for the sign to find us. We have students coming in from all around the Chawani area. The atmosphere is generally busy, especially in the mornings when everyone is rushing to get to their first class. We have high school students, so they are a bit older and more independent, which changes the vibe of the place compared to a primary school. The classrooms are basic, with the usual blackboards and wooden desks that have been around for a while. We don't have a massive campus with fields, but we make use of the space we have inside Ganesh Bhawan. It is a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes during lunch breaks when everyone is out in the corridors. The teachers here have been working in Kota for years and they know the local system inside out. We just try to get through the syllabus every year without too much trouble. It is a regular school for regular families who live nearby. People know us, and we know them, which makes the whole thing feel more like a neighborhood fixture. We keep the daily routine going steady.
