Our place, Peduncle Food Products Pvt. Ltd., is tucked away in Ward No- 20. We are located right behind Shagun Jewellers on Bikaner Road. It can be a little hard to find if you aren't looking closely at the signs, but once you know where we are, it is easy. Being behind a jewelry shop is a bit of an odd landmark, but it helps when we are giving people directions over the phone. Bikaner Road is always moving, with bikes and cars going back and forth all day long. We mostly stay in the back where it is a bit quieter. The office isn't much more than a desk and some chairs. Most of the space is for the actual food products we handle. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone like that. It is just us doing the paperwork and the heavy lifting. Some days are busier than others, especially when we have big shipments coming in or going out. We have been in this spot for a while now and we have gotten to know the other shop owners nearby. It feels like a little community on this stretch of road. We don't really talk about our goals or anything like that. We just focus on getting through the week and making sure things are done right. It is a practical way to run things, and it keeps us grounded in the day-to-day.
