Our shop is located at house number 569 on the Basant Vihar Teen Batti Road. It is a small place where we handle everything related to mobile phones. The area is quite lively because of the three lights intersection nearby. We spend our days behind a small glass counter looking at tiny screws and circuit boards. People bring us phones that have been dropped in water or have screens that look like spiderwebs. We also sell things like screen guards, chargers, and phone covers for the most common models people use around here. It’s a bit of a messy job because the parts are so small and it’s easy to lose things if you aren't paying attention. The shop gets a bit crowded in the evenings when people are coming home from work and stop by to pick up their repaired phones or to buy a new recharge. We have a small TV in the corner that we keep on for news or just some background noise. The walls are covered with posters of different phone brands that have been there for a few years. It’s not a fancy showroom, just a place where you can get your phone fixed by someone who knows how to use a soldering iron. We just try to keep up with the new models that come out and keep our customers happy so they come back. We keep a notebook on the counter where we write down the phone numbers of everyone who leaves a device for repair.
