Minakshi Mobile Point

Our shop in Nayapura is quite small, but we manage to fit a lot into it. It’s mostly glass counters filled with different types of mobile phone covers and screen protectors. We spend most of the day sitting behind the counter, waiting for people who have dropped their phones or need a new SIM card. Nayapura is a busy area, so there is always someone walking by. Sometimes people come in just because their phone is doing something strange and they don't know how to fix the settings. We do our best to help them out without making it complicated. The floor is tiled but it gets dirty pretty fast with everyone coming in from the street. We keep a small toolkit under the counter for when we need to open up a handset. It’s not a fancy place with bright neon signs. We just have a simple board outside with the name on it. There’s a small fan on the wall that shakes a little when it’s on, but it keeps the air moving. We have a lot of different cables and chargers hanging on the wall behind us. It’s easy to get things tangled up if we aren't careful. Mostly, it’s just a quiet spot to get your phone looked at while the rest of the city stays busy outside. We keep regular hours and try to get things done quickly. The stool is a bit wobbly and the glass is scratched, but we make do with what we have here.
