M M Mobile Shope

M M Mobile Shope has been sitting here on Rawat Bhata Road in Gumanpura for quite a while now. It’s a busy spot with all the bikes and cars zooming past outside all day long. Inside, it’s mostly just me and the glass counters filled with different phone models and accessories. I spend a lot of my time looking at tiny screws and trying to fix screens that people dropped. It’s finicky work and my eyes get really tired by the end of the evening. People come in mostly for quick things like a new charger or to get their data plans sorted out because they can't figure out the apps. The shop isn't very big, so it gets crowded quickly if more than three people are standing inside at once. I try to keep the glass clean but fingerprints are everywhere by noon. Gumanpura is a loud area, so there is always noise from the street coming through the open door. I usually have a small radio playing softly in the back to drown it out a bit. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit there in the dark waiting for it to come back on. It’s just a normal mobile shop doing normal business. I don't have a big team, just a couple of us making sure people can stay connected. We see all sorts of people from students to old folks who just want their buttons to work again. The shelves are packed with boxes that I need to organize better one of these days.
