Kamal Mobile Point

Kamal Mobile Point is over in Dadabari, specifically at 3 B 30. It’s a small shop, mostly just a counter and a few display cases for phones and screen guards. We've been here for a few years now. It’s a quiet enough area compared to the main markets, but we still get a good number of people walking in every day. We do a lot of recharges and fix small problems with phones that people bring us. If a screen is broken or the charging port is acting up, we take a look at it right there. There are cables and tools scattered on the workbench behind the glass. We don't have a lot of space for people to sit, so they usually just stand around and talk to us while we check their devices. It’s a simple setup. I started this because I like messing around with gadgets and electronics. We sell some second-hand phones too when we have them in stock from other customers. We don't have a big website or a fancy logo, just the name on the board outside our door. People from the colony come to us because we are close by and they know us by name. We try to be honest about whether a phone is worth fixing or if it's just gone for good. Sometimes we have tea delivered from the shop next door and chat with the neighbors about the local news. It’s just a regular local shop making its way. We keep the shutters up until late evening because that is when people are free to stop by after their work.
