Kalpana Gupta

My name is Kalpana Gupta and I’ve been working out of Kaka Complex for a while now. It’s located at number 148 in G.Pura, right here in the middle of Kota. If you know this part of the city, you know it stays pretty busy with traffic and people moving around all day. The office isn't anything fancy, just a regular space where we get things done. Most days, I’m just here at my desk handling the usual paperwork and meeting folks who drop by. G.Pura has a specific kind of energy, and being in Kaka Complex feels like being right in the heart of it. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes. I’ve lived in Rajasthan my whole life, so the heat in Kota doesn't bother me much anymore, though we keep the fans running high during the summer months. People usually find us easily because the complex is a well-known landmark around here. It’s a straightforward setup. We don’t have big signs or flashy lights. It’s just me and a couple of helpers making sure the files are in order and the work gets finished on time. Sometimes the chai wala from downstairs brings up tea and we take a quick break before getting back to the ledgers. It’s a quiet life in a loud building, but it works for us. We've been here long enough that the neighbors know us by name now.
