We have this small mobile shop near the Makbara Thana in Makbara Bazar. It’s mostly just a counter and some glass cases with covers and chargers. People come in when their screen cracks or if the battery isn't holding a charge anymore. We sit here most of the day with our tools. It’s a busy street, so there is always someone popping in to ask a question about their phone. Sometimes we sell used phones if we have any good ones in stock. We do basic repairs right here. It’s not a big place, so it gets a bit cramped when three or four people are waiting. We have a lot of different cables hanging on the wall. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just wait it out with the customers. We’ve been in Makbara Bazar for some time now. We know the other shopkeepers around. It’s a lot of fiddling with tiny screws and trying to see small parts. Our eyes get tired by evening. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just see the sign and walk in. We try to be helpful and fix things quickly if we can. It’s just a regular local mobile point for the neighborhood. There is always noise from the street but we just focus on the phones. Sometimes we can't fix it, but we always tell the truth. It is just how we do things here every single day. We stay until the market closes up for the night.
