I have my small place set up right at the Keshavpura Teen Batti Road, at the first chouraha. People just know me as Jeetu, and I have been at this crossroads for a long time. It is a very busy spot because so many roads meet here, so there is always a lot of dust and the sound of horns. My day is mostly spent dealing with whoever stops by at the junction. I don't have a big corporate setup or anything like that. It is just a practical space where I get things done. Whether I am fixing something or selling small items, I just take it as it comes. The morning starts with the sound of the city waking up and the traffic picking up at the chouraha. I see the same faces every day, people going to work or heading to the market. I don't really have a long history to tell or a fancy office. It is just me working here at this corner. Sometimes the weather is bad and it gets difficult, but I stay open because people expect me to be here. I keep my tools and my stock close at hand so I can help whoever pulls up. It is a simple way to make a living, being right in the middle of where everyone passes through. I don't need much more than my spot at the crossroads and my regular customers who stop for a chat.
