Jain Mobile Repair

Jain Mobile Repair is located out in Kota Ketun. It’s a quiet area compared to the city center, but we stay busy enough with the locals. I’m the one who handles most of the repairs. People bring in their phones with all sorts of problems, from broken charging ports to speakers that don't work anymore. I have a small desk in the back where I keep all my tools and the spare parts I’ve collected over the years. It’s not the most organized place, but I know where everything is. We sell some basic accessories too, like screen guards and cables, because people are always losing theirs. I’ve seen phones transition from the old buttons to these big touchscreens, and I’ve had to learn as I go. It’s just me and sometimes a helper. We don’t have air conditioning, so the summer months get pretty hot under the tin roof. I usually have a cup of tea while I’m working on a device. People in Ketun know us, so they just walk in whenever they have a problem. We don't do any big advertising or anything like that. Word of mouth is how we get our customers. I try to be fair with what I charge because everyone here knows each other. It’s a small operation, but it keeps the lights on and the family fed. We've been here since before the road was paved properly.
