You can find Jai Video Point & Mobile Shop at number 53 on Mohan Takies Road. We are also in the Keshavpura Jawahar Market, just a little ways down from the other shops. We handle a mix of things here. We do a lot with mobile phones, like fixing screens or selling small parts. We also still have some of the older video equipment from when we first started. It’s a bit of a crowded shop with all the cases and chargers hanging on the walls. We spend a lot of time looking at small parts under a desk lamp. The market is usually bustling, especially on the weekends. We have a few stools for people to sit on while they wait for their phones to be looked at. Sometimes we get distracted talking to the neighbors who stop by just to chat. We don’t have a fancy computer system; we just write everything down in our daily diary. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it works for us. The shop has been here for years, and we’ve seen the technology change from old tapes to smartphones. We still have some of the old stuff tucked away in the back. It’s just a normal day-to-day business for us. We like being part of the noise and life of Jawahar Market and hope to stay for more years.
