Jai Shiv Mobile

At Jai Shiv Mobile, we spend the day looking at small screens and fixing charging ports. The shop is on Udyog Marg, near the New Grain Mandi on DCM Road. It's a busy part of town with lots of trucks and workers moving around all the time. Most of our day is spent helping people who dropped their phones in the dust or cracked the glass while working. We keep a stock of basic accessories like headphones and phone covers on the racks. It gets a bit dusty because of the location, so we are always wiping down the glass counters. There isn't much space to sit, just a couple of stools for customers who want to wait while we swap out a battery. We don't do anything too fancy here. If someone needs a second-hand phone, we might have one or two in the drawer to show them. The light in the shop is a bit dim towards the back where the soldering iron is kept. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that's just part of being in this area. We know the other shopkeepers around the grain market quite well. We usually have a radio playing some old songs in the background to keep the mood light. It is just a regular shop where we try to get things back in working order for anyone who walks in to see us.
