Jai Balaji Mobile Point

Jai Balaji Mobile Point sits right on the Nayapura Main Road. You can’t miss it if you’re driving by because of the noise from all the traffic. We deal with phones all day long. Most people come in because they dropped their phone and the screen is a mess or the battery won't hold a charge anymore. We have a small workbench in the back with a magnifying lamp and a lot of tiny screwdrivers. It’s quiet work in a loud location. We also sell a few new models and plenty of used ones for people who don’t want to spend too much. The main road is always busy with buses and bikes, so there is a lot of dust that we have to wipe off the glass counters every few hours. We don’t have any big staff, just a couple of us who know how to fix things. We talk to the customers about their day while we try to figure out what's wrong with their devices. It’s a practical business. We don't have fancy chairs or a waiting lounge, just a bench for people to sit on while they wait for their sim card to get activated or their phone to reboot. It’s just how things go here in Nayapura. We have some chargers and headphones hanging on the wall too. People often stop by just to get a quick recharge or to ask about a new sim card. It's a busy spot but we manage.
