I've been running the shop here at Chhabra Gumanpura 13 for quite some time now. Mostly, people come in because their phones are acting up or they need a new connection. Ideas Cellular is where I spend most of my day. It's not a huge place, just a regular counter with some chairs for people to wait while I sort out their paperwork or fix a setting. Sometimes the network is slow, and customers get a bit impatient, which I understand. I try to keep the basic accessories in stock, like chargers and cables, because someone is always losing theirs. It gets pretty crowded in the evenings when everyone is off work and they need their recharges done before heading home. I started this because I know a bit about how these devices work and I figured it was a good way to stay busy in the neighborhood. Usually, I'm behind the desk from morning until late at night. The street outside can get really noisy with all the traffic and horns passing by Gumanpura. I don't really have a big staff, just me and occasionally a cousin who helps out when things get too hectic. We handle recharges and the small stuff that people don't want to mess with on their own. It’s just a normal part of the day, dealing with bills and helping folks get their signal back. There isn't anything fancy about it, just keeping the shop open and doing what needs to be done. Sometimes the door sticks a bit when it's raining, but we manage just fine.
