Gohvis The Mobile Shop

Our shop is located in KP Market, which is a pretty lively part of Chhabra. If you walk into Gumlanpura 4, you’ll find us surrounded by glass cases full of phone covers and charging cables. It’s a small place, but we’ve managed to fit a lot of stuff into the shelves. Most of the day is spent looking at small screens or trying to figure out why a battery isn't holding a charge anymore. People come in with cracked glass or phones that fell into water, and we just do what we can to fix them. It’s quiet inside compared to the market noise outside, but we still hear the shouting and the horns all day long. We have a small workbench in the back with a bright light and some tiny screwdrivers that always seem to go missing. Sometimes customers just want to talk about which phone has the best camera or how to use a new app. We don't have a big corporate setup, just a local counter where you can get your screen guarded or buy a new set of earphones. The floor is tile and it’s easy to clean, which is good because people bring in a lot of dust from the street. We stay open pretty late because that’s when most people are out shopping after work. It’s just us here, handling one phone at a time and trying to keep the displays looking halfway decent.
