Gautam New Mobile Reparing is over in Vigyan Nagar, Chhabra. We spend most of our time hunched over small tables with magnifying glasses and tiny screwdrivers. Fixing phones is what we do best, whether it is a broken charging port or a screen that went black after a drop. The shop is quite small and the walls are covered with posters of different phone models. We have a lot of spare parts scattered around, though we try to keep the customer area clean. It gets pretty hot inside during the summer months because the soldering irons stay on all day. People from all over Chhabra bring their devices to us. Sometimes a repair is easy and takes ten minutes, other times we have to keep the phone overnight to figure out what is wrong with the motherboard. We don't promise miracles, but we do try our hardest to get things working again. It’s a lot of fiddly work and it can be tiring for the eyes. We also sell some basic covers and tempered glass for extra protection. We don't have a big marketing budget, we just rely on people telling their friends that we did a decent job for them. It is a honest living and we like being the ones who help people stay connected to their families. We usually have the radio playing in the background to keep things lively while we work on those tiny circuits.
