Gandhi Mobile Point Sale & Service

Our place is on Chhawani Road, which is always busy with traffic. We handle both sales and repairs here at Gandhi Mobile Point. Most of the time, the workbench in the back is covered with tiny screws and bits of plastic from phones we are taking apart. It is a small team, just me and my cousin. We do not have a fancy showroom with glass walls. It is more of a practical shop where the walls are lined with batteries and charging cables. People come in when they have a problem, like a phone that will not charge or a screen that has gone black. We try to be quick, but some jobs take time, especially if we have to wait for a specific part to come in from the main market. The noise from the Chhawani Road can be a lot sometimes, especially the horns from the buses. We have a small bench for customers, but usually, they just stand around and watch us work. We do not use any big words or try to sell people things they do not need. If a phone is done for, we say so. It is a straightforward way to work. We have been on this road for a few years now, and most of the local drivers and shopkeepers know us by name. We just do the work and close up at night.
