Exclusive Mobile

Exclusive Mobile is situated right in the Shopping Centre. It is a busy commercial hub where people come for all sorts of things, so we get a good mix of customers. The shop is a straightforward place where we handle mobile phones and basic accessories. We have some glass display cases that we have to clean multiple times a day because of the fingerprints. The lighting is a bit dim towards the back where we keep the spare parts and the workbench for repairs. We spend a lot of our time hunched over, trying to fix small parts in phones or helping people transfer their photos to a new device. The Shopping Centre can get very crowded on the weekends, which makes the shop feel even smaller. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture, just some stools and a counter that has seen a lot of use over the years. We've stayed in this location because it is convenient for everyone. Most of our day is spent answering the same questions about battery life or screen repairs. We don't try to sound like a big corporation; we are just a local business trying to make a living. Sometimes we run out of a certain type of cable and have to tell people to come back the next day. It is just the reality of running a small shop in a busy area like this. We like the rhythm of the place.
