Dinesh Mobile Shop

We are located out on the Sangod Road in Kaithun. It’s a bit of a drive from the main Kota city but this road stays quite busy with people traveling between the towns. Dinesh Mobile Shop is just a regular place where we sell handsets and do some basic repairs. I’ve been sitting behind this counter for a few years now. Most of the time it’s just me and the radio playing in the background. People stop their bikes right outside to get a quick recharge or to ask about the price of a new model they saw on the television. I keep a few chairs for people to sit if the repair is going to take some time. The walls are painted a light blue but they’ve faded over the years. I have a lot of different cables hanging on the wall because everyone seems to have a different phone these days. In the afternoons, when it gets really hot, business slows down and I usually just organize the memory cards or clean the display. It’s a quiet life mostly, just dealing with the same local faces and the occasional traveler who needs a charger. The shop stays open six days a week, and on Sundays, I usually just stay home or go into the city for some supplies. Maybe I will go for a walk or just sleep in. It is nice to have a break from the noise of the road and the constant talk about data plans.
