Delhi Public School

We sit right here on Sydney Street, specifically at Cumpas No -31, near Rawat Bhata Road in the Dada Bari area of Kota. This city is famous for its students, and we’re right in the middle of that whole scene. Our school is a big part of the local daily routine. The morning starts with a lot of bicycles and buses arriving at the same time, which is always a bit chaotic. We have a lot of classrooms to look after, and sometimes it feels like a maze if you aren’t used to it. The walls have some marks from years of kids passing by, but it gives the place some character. In the staff room, we usually have the radio on or just talk about the cricket score while we check papers. The heat in Rajasthan can be pretty intense, so we’re always looking for the cooler spots in the building. We’ve got a playground that’s seen a lot of use over the years. Occasionally, the gate gets stuck, or we have to rearrange the furniture for a school event. It’s just a normal, busy school day every day. We don’t do anything too fancy, just follow the schedule and make sure everything is in its place before we leave for the evening.
