Deep Trading & Mobile Point

Deep Trading & Mobile Point is our little shop located at Talwandi B 311. We do a mix of things here, mostly focusing on mobile phones and some other trading items that come our way. The space inside is quite narrow, so we had to put up tall shelves to fit all the stock. Sometimes it’s a bit hard to reach the boxes on the top shelf without a stool. We get a lot of students coming in because Talwandi is full of coaching centers and hostels. They usually want cheap earphones or need their screens replaced after a drop. I try to keep things moving quickly because nobody likes waiting around. The lighting in the shop is a little bit harsh, but it helps when I’m looking at tiny screws inside a phone. We don't have a fancy website or anything; we just rely on the fact that we are right here on the street at B 311. Sometimes the shop feels a bit cluttered with cardboard boxes from new shipments. I usually spend my mornings checking what sold the day before and seeing what we need to get from the wholesalers. It's a simple operation. We don't have a uniform or a script for how we talk to people. We just say hello and see what you need. It’s a decent way to make a living and we stay busy enough to keep the doors open even when it gets hot.
