We are located at C 1 on the Keshavpura Main Road. It's a decent-sized shop where we keep various electronics and home appliances for people to see. You can see the big signs from the road as you drive past. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now. Inside, there are rows of televisions and some washing machines along the walls in no particular order. It’s usually quite bright because of all the display lights we have to keep on. We aren't a big chain store, just a local business trying to make a living in the city. My brother and I run the place most days from morning to night. We spend a lot of time explaining how the different features work to people who come in and ask questions. Sometimes the remotes get lost under the boxes or the screens get dusty, so we spend the mornings cleaning up with a cloth. It’s a lot of lifting and moving heavy boxes around when new stock arrives. We have a small desk near the back where we handle the paperwork and sit when we are tired. The street outside is always noisy with cars and bikes going toward the main market area. We don't have a big marketing team, just our sign and word of mouth from customers. If someone’s fridge breaks down, they usually come find us because we are right here. We try to be helpful without being pushy about the sales. It’s just how we do things. The shop is our second home, really. We stay open pretty late to make sure people can stop by after their own work ends.
