Our small shop is located on Baran Road in the Borkhera area. We have been here for a good while, focusing on watches and mobile phones. It is a simple setup with a glass counter that holds various watch straps and some phone accessories. The space is quite small, so it can feel a bit crowded when a few people are waiting for their repairs. We spend most of our time hunched over a workbench with small screwdrivers and magnifying tools. There is a constant ticking sound from the various clocks we have around, which is something you just get used to after a while. Borkhera has grown a lot, but we still feel like a local neighborhood spot. We see many of the same faces every week, whether they need a new battery for their watch or a screen protector for their phone. We don't use any fancy management systems or corporate talk. We just write down the jobs in a notebook and get to them one by one. The shop doesn't have air conditioning, so the ceiling fan stays on all day during the summer months. It’s a straightforward way to make a living. People stop by on their way home from work to pick up their items. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in town, just a reliable place where you can get your gadgets looked at. It’s just us, some tools, and a lot of small parts.
