Ali Mobile Shop & Repairing

We are located on Udyog Marg in the Indra Gandi Nagar area near DCM. It’s a small shop but we manage to fit a lot of things inside. Most of the day is spent looking through a magnifying glass at tiny motherboards or trying to fix a screen that someone dropped. Phones are such a big part of life now that people get really stressed when they break, so we see a lot of worried faces coming through the door. We aren't a big showroom with bright lights; it’s just a counter and some stools for people to sit on while they wait. We talk a lot with the neighbors who stop by just to say hello or ask about a new phone model. Sometimes the repairs are easy and sometimes they take all afternoon, depending on how bad the damage is. We try to be straight with people about the cost and how long it will take. The traffic on DCM road is always moving, and we get a lot of dust coming in, so we are constantly wiping down the display cases. It’s just a regular local shop where we work hard and try to fix things the right way. We’ve been here for a bit now and we like being part of this little community on Udyog Marg. It is a bit loud with the trucks outside, but we don't mind it much anymore.
