Able Bags

We are over in Aman Colony, Vigyan Nagar, right near the Maszid Choraha. If you are looking for Plot 10 11, that is us. It is a bit of a landmark near the Tawar Academic School. Able Bags started small and stayed that way because we like being part of the community here. The shop is usually full of school bags and travel bags piled up. We see a lot of parents coming in with their kids from the school nearby. It gets very busy during the start of the school term. The Maszid Choraha is always lively, so there is plenty of noise coming in from the street. We sit here and talk to the neighbors while we work. It’s not a corporate setup; it’s more like a family-run place. If a zipper breaks or a strap comes loose, people bring it to us. We have different kinds of bags, from simple ones to more durable ones for traveling. Sometimes we run out of a certain color and have to wait for the next delivery. We don't use a lot of technology here, just simple bookkeeping and direct talk. The shop is a bit old, and the paint is peeling in the corners, but it’s our space. We know most of the people who walk past every day. It is just a regular bag shop in a busy colony. We keep a few chairs outside for people to sit while they wait.
