You can find us at Kota Junction on Rangpur Road. A D A Telecom & Mobile Accessories is a small shop where I deal with a lot of cracked screens and lost chargers every day. People coming from the train station often drop in because they’ve run out of balance or their phone died during the long trip. It’s a busy spot with all the trains coming and going at all hours. I keep a lot of screen protectors and cheap plastic cases hanging on the walls. Most of my day is spent hunched over a tiny screwdriver or talking to customers about why their internet isn't working right. It’s not a fancy showroom with glass cases. The lighting is a bit dim inside, and there are wires and tools everywhere on the workbench, but it works for me. I’ve been here long enough to know most of the other shopkeepers on Rangpur Road. Sometimes I have to tell people their phone is too old to fix, which is never a fun conversation to have. I don't have a big team or many employees, just me and sometimes a younger helper to run errands. We handle the basic stuff that keeps people connected while they travel. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but I like being at the center of all the activity near the junction. It’s just a practical little shop for anyone passing through who needs their phone sorted out.
