Webio Private Limited

Webio Private Limited is run out of Vadakkevila in Kollam. We are located at a place called Naduvilazhikath Kizhakathil, which is a bit of a mouthful if you aren't from around here. It’s actually a residential area, so it’s much quieter than being in the middle of the city. The office is part of a house property, which gives it a very personal feel. We have our setup in a couple of the rooms that were converted for work. There’s a nice garden outside that we look at when we need a break from the screens. It’s mostly a small team of us. We’ve known each other for a long time, so work feels more like a shared project than a chore. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights outside. Most people wouldn't even know there is a company running here if they just walked past. We like it that way. It keeps things simple and low-key. We spend our hours working through our lists and making sure everything is running smoothly. When it rains, you can hear it hitting the roof quite loudly, which is a very Kerala experience. We usually have some tea in the afternoon and talk about the neighborhood. There isn't any corporate pressure here, just the pressure we put on ourselves to do a decent job. It’s a comfortable place to work, and we are happy staying right here in this neighborhood.
