Wintech Infoway India Pvt. Ltd. is situated in our own little spot called Wintech IT Park, right at Pulliman Junction in Karunagappally. It sounds bigger than it is, but it’s a good space for our IT work. We have been here for a good amount of time now. The junction is always buzzing with traffic and people, so there is plenty of energy around. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of computers and people with headphones on, focusing on their tasks. We do a lot of software and info-tech work here. The walls are a bit plain, and we haven't gotten around to putting up much art or anything. We mostly care about the hardware being fast and the internet staying connected. Sometimes the power goes out in the area, and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just part of living here. We have a small area for tea breaks where we talk about things other than work for a few minutes. It’s a local business through and through. We don’t have a big corporate manual or strict rules about everything. We just want the work to get done and for everyone to get home on time. If you’re at Pulliman Junction, you can usually spot our building easily. It’s a practical place for a tech team to hang out and do their daily tasks.
