Syscall Teleservice Private Limited

We have been working out of the Pulari building here in Palace Ward for a while now. It is a quiet spot in Thevally, right in the heart of Kollam. Most people around here know the area well. Syscall Teleservice Private Limited is what we call ourselves on paper. We basically handle calls and various phone-based tasks from this office every day. It is not a huge or fancy setup, just us in RVCARA-144 doing what we need to do. The office is just a regular place where the work gets done without much fuss. Living and working in Kerala has its own pace, and we fit right into that. We started this because there was a clear need for these services in our town. Sometimes the phones are ringing non-stop and other days it is a bit slower, which gives us some time to catch up on paperwork. We do not really do the whole big corporate speech thing. We just show up at the address on the door and handle the tasks as they come. It is simple enough for us. Being in the 691009 zip code area makes it easy for local folks to find us if they ever need to stop by, though most of our work happens over the wires. The Thevally area is quite nice for a walk during lunch breaks when the weather is not too hot. We have our desks set up and the equipment is all there. It is just a standard small business life in Kollam.
