Quroot Innovations Private Limited

Quroot Innovations Private Limited is currently based at Sawparnika. We are located near the TKMC Post Office in the Kollam district. The office is set up under the care of Ramasasidhararu. It is a quiet area, mostly residential with some students from the nearby college walking around. We have a few rooms that we use for our daily operations. It is not a very big or flashy setup. We have some basic desks and chairs and our computer systems. Most of the work involves a lot of thinking and technical planning. We don't really have a set corporate schedule. Some of us come in early and some stay late into the evening. We often walk over to the post office for various errands throughout the week. The atmosphere in Kollam is quite slow compared to the bigger cities like Kochi. We like that pace. It gives us time to focus on what we are doing at Quroot without many distractions. There are some large trees around the building that provide good shade during the summer. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. You just walk in and you're in the middle of the workspace. We drink a lot of tea and coffee throughout the day. Sometimes we sit outside on the steps and talk about our current projects. It's a very simple and honest life here. We don't use any complicated systems for our office management. We just talk to each other.
