Nexwelt Innovations Llp is based at 18/63 on the first floor of Pranavam House in Kollam. It is an old-school kind of setup, being inside a house rather than a big glass office tower. We like the feel of it because it’s a bit more relaxed and doesn't feel so sterile. Being in Kollam, we are away from the massive rush of the bigger cities, though the local traffic can still be a bit of a headache during peak hours. Our space on the first floor is where all the actual work happens. We have a few rooms set up for different tasks, and we mostly just move between them as needed. It is a very hands-on environment. We deal with various innovation projects, though most of our time is spent on the computer or on the phone. The office isn't decorated with anything special, just some calendars and the basic stuff you need to run a business. We often have tea together in the small kitchen area when we need a break from the screens. The house has its own character, and it’s been a good home for Nexwelt so far. We don’t have any grand corporate plans or big speeches to give. We just show up in the morning, see what needs to be done, and try to get through the list before it’s time to head home. It’s a practical way to run a business and it seems to suit our team just fine.
