We are out in a spot called Kanjavaly in Kollam. Specifically, we work from Sibi Bhavan in Panavila Kizhakkathil Thekkecherry. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but it’s a quiet place for Lightrains Technologies Llp to operate. Being away from the main city noise is actually quite helpful for us. The office is more of a local house setup, which makes it feel a bit more comfortable than a stiff office building. We have our desks set up in the main rooms and we just get on with it. There’s a lot of greenery around the building, which is a nice change from the concrete you see elsewhere. We don’t really go in for big corporate rituals. Usually, we just start the day with some tea and a quick talk about what needs to happen by evening. It’s practical and honest work. Sometimes the internet acts up when the weather is bad, but that is just part of living in this part of Kerala. We like the pace here. It allows us to focus on the technical tasks without too many distractions. It's just us, doing our thing in a quiet corner of Kollam where the days pass by fairly quickly.
