We set up shop over in Karunagappally, specifically at the Puthuseril Veedukarunagappally address in Pada North. It’s more of a residential-style setup, honestly. We share the space through C Chandrika Devi, which makes it feel a lot less like a cold office and more like a home base. Most of our work is on the tech side, so as long as we have our computers and a decent power connection, we are good to go. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which helps when we need to concentrate on coding or fixing bugs. You won't find any big signs outside or a lobby with a security guard. It’s just us sitting around a table getting through the projects we’ve taken on. We often have coffee together in the small kitchen area when things get stressful. It’s a small team, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. We don't go in for fancy meetings or long presentations. If something needs fixing, we just talk about it right then and there. Living and working in Pada North has its perks, mostly because it's familiar and easygoing. Sometimes we work late into the night, but since the commute is basically zero for a few of us, it’s not too bad. We just want to do the work well and keep the business going. It’s a simple way to run a technology firm without all the usual city noise and distractions that come with it.
