Inzenjer It Solutions (Opc) Private Limited is basically just us working out of Charuvila Veedu in Nettayam. This is down in the Nediyara part of Anchal, which is in Kollam. It's a bit of a trek if you're coming from the main city, but it's where we are based. Being an OPC means it’s a smaller operation, which suits us just fine. We don't have a big HR department or fancy meetings every hour. Usually, we just talk across the room or over a quick lunch. The office is really more like a home converted into a workspace. It’s quiet, which helps when you’re trying to code or figure out a difficult IT problem. There are plenty of trees around, and it doesn't feel like those stuffy office buildings in the big tech parks. We handle mostly local IT needs and some projects from further away. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves and stay near home in Kerala. It’s practical work. We don’t have a big marketing budget, so most people find out about us through word of mouth or by just seeing the address. We keep things simple. If there's a problem, we fix it.
