Arvima Innovative Llp

Arvima Innovative is located in Jas Plaza at Jawahar Jn in Kalluvathukal. It’s right there in the Kottakkaram part of Kollam. We’ve been set up here for a while now. The office is at 10/1204. It’s a decent spot, easy for everyone to get to. We do a lot of different things, mostly looking for new ways to handle old problems with technology. We call ourselves innovative, but really it’s just a lot of trial and error until we find what works. The team is small and everyone knows everyone else’s business. We don't have a HR department or any of those big company things. If there’s a problem, we just sit down and talk about it. The area around Kalluvathukal is pretty active, so there’s always somewhere to grab a snack or a coffee. We spend most of our time staring at screens, so getting out for a few minutes is important. We aren't the kind of place that uses a lot of buzzwords. We just try to do decent work that we can be proud of. It’s a simple setup—computers, internet, and people who know how to use them. We like the local feel of being in Kollam. It’s home for us, and doing business from here just makes sense. We aren't looking to be famous, just useful to the people we work with. That's really all there is to our story.
