Aitrex Technologies Private Limited

Aitrex Technologies Private Limited is based out of Kollam, specifically in the Pattathanam area. We operate from Skylark JNRA 20, which is over by the junction. It’s actually a residential-style setup, care of Sheeja Prasad, which makes the whole place feel a lot more like a home than a sterile office building. We don't have a big sign out front or anything like that. It’s a quiet neighborhood for the most part, which is good when you need to concentrate on technical things. Being in Kollam, we’re close to the coast, though we spend most of our time staring at screens rather than looking at the water. The office is just a few rooms converted for our equipment and desks. We eat lunch together in the small kitchen area, usually talking about regular stuff rather than work. It’s a low-key environment. We don't really have a formal dress code or set hours that are strictly enforced as long as the work is handled. Some of us have been here since the very beginning when it was just an idea. We’ve added a few more computers and some better chairs over the years, but the atmosphere hasn't changed much. It’s just a group of people doing their jobs in a quiet part of town. We don't see the need to move to a big glass building when this works perfectly fine for what we do. It’s simple and honest, just like the way we try to run things.
