Our office is at 63, Dr. Sarat Banerjee Road. If you know Kolkata-29, you know it can be quite a busy neighborhood. Zenta Pvt. Ltd. has been tucked away in this spot for a while now. It’s an old building, but it has character, and it suits us just fine. We don't have those shiny glass elevators you see in the new parts of town. We just have a door and some stairs. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and piles of paper. We work on various things throughout the day, mostly trying to keep things organized. The traffic on Sarat Banerjee Road can be a bit much in the evenings, but we’re used to the noise by now. We usually have the windows open when the weather allows it. It’s a very practical environment. There’s no dress code or anything like that; we just wear what’s comfortable for the heat. We know the tea stall guy around the corner pretty well. Most of our day is spent focusing on the tasks at hand. We don't spend a lot of time on social media or marketing. We just figure that if we do the work, people will find us. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way. Everyone who works here has been with us for a long time. It feels more like a small group of friends than a big corporation. We just keep our heads down and work. It isn't always perfect, but we get it done.
