Xenex Pharmaceuticals Private Limited is on the ground floor of 50B, Kailash Bose Street. Being in the 700006 part of Kolkata means we are in one of the older, more established neighborhoods. The building has been there for a long time. Our space is tucked away and doesn't have much of a storefront. It’s mostly just a place for us to keep our records and manage the distribution of medicines. The ground floor can get a bit dark, so we always have the lights on, even during the day. We have a lot of shelves filled with various products and boxes waiting to be picked up. Kailash Bose Street is usually busy with people and rickshaws, so there’s always a bit of background noise. It doesn't bother us much. Our team consists of a few people who know the pharmaceutical trade well. We don't spend money on advertising or big signs. Most of our business comes from long-standing relationships with people in the industry. Keeping overhead low and work honest is just how we do things. The office furniture is a bit mismatched, but it’s comfortable enough for an eight-hour shift. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just wait it out or use the generator. It’s a simple operation. Focusing on daily tasks is better than worrying about big picture stuff that corporate offices talk about. We just keep moving and do our work.
