Bio- Drug Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. is over at No. 348 Maharaja Nandakumar Road North. It is a bit of a journey to get here, especially during the rush hour when the roads are blocked with traffic. Our lab is in a building that has been around for quite a few decades. It does not look like much from the outside, but we keep the lab areas very clean and tidy on the inside. Most of our day is spent looking at samples and running various tests. It is quiet work, and it requires a lot of patience. We do not get many visitors, so it is usually just the same few of us here every day. We have a small garden area out front that we try to look after, but the weeds usually grow faster than we can pull them. Our staff is a mix of people who have been here forever and a few newer faces. We don't have a big corporate culture or anything like that. We just talk about our work and maybe what we did over the weekend during our breaks. The equipment we use is a mix of newer machines and some very reliable older ones that we have kept running for years. It is a plain, functional place where we focus on being accurate and getting the results ready on time. We don't need anything more than that.
