Our place is over at 13/L Santosh Roy Road in Kolkata. It’s in the 700008 zip code area, which is a fairly quiet part of town compared to the city center. We’ve been set up here as a limited liability partnership for a while. The office is small but it does the job. We mainly deal with the administrative side of pharmaceuticals from this location. It’s a lot of sitting at desks, making calls, and filing documents. We don't have any big machinery or a factory here; it’s just the brains of the operation. The road outside can get a bit congested during the morning commute, but otherwise, it’s a pretty decent spot. We have a few rooms filled with shelves and computers. The staff is local, so we all know the shortcuts to avoid the traffic. We don't really do marketing or anything like that. Most people who know us find us through word of mouth or because they’ve worked with us before. It’s a simple, honest way to run things. We keep the kettle going for tea and try to get through the daily tasks without too much fuss. Santosh Roy Road has a nice community feel to it. Sometimes we chat with the shopkeepers next door. It’s just a regular workplace where we try our best to keep everything running smoothly. No bells or whistles, just us working every day and making sure the records are right.
