We are located on the third floor of Rabindra Apartment, right on Sahid Hemanta Kumar Basu Sarani in Kolkata. The building is number 165 and it is usually pretty easy to spot if you are looking for the right street. Being in this part of town means there is always something going on outside. We handle a lot of the day-to-day things for mobile services here. People come in with problems about their bills or their SIM cards, and we do our best to get it sorted out so they can get back to their day. It is not always easy because tech can be grumpy, but we have a good group of staff who know the systems inside and out. The office itself is functional and we keep plenty of pens around because they always seem to go missing. We see a lot of different people every day, from students to older folks who just want their phone to work again. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture, just the stuff we need to serve the customers who stop by. Working on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, though we are usually too busy to look out the window much. It is just a busy office doing its part in the neighborhood. We try to keep things moving quickly because nobody likes waiting around for phone stuff. That is how we spend our time here.
