We have turned part of the space into an office where we keep the registers and the machine logs. It’s not a polished corporate headquarters by any means. There are usually some loose papers on the desk and maybe some leftover lunch boxes nearby. We spend a lot of time talking to local workers and figuring out how to get heavy machinery through the tighter parts of Behala. Mr. Dutta is often around, and the whole vibe is more like a family-run shop than a private limited company. We don’t have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just focus on getting the equipment out to the people who need it without too much fuss. The monsoons can be a bit of a challenge around here, making everything damp and slow, but we keep the operations going regardless. It is just a simple, honest place to do business, and we prefer it that way over some shiny office in the city center.
