We've been at Camac Street for a while now, up on the third floor of number 14-B. It’s a busy part of Kolkata but we like it here. Most of the folks working at Uma Polysolutions have been around since the start. We deal with various polymer and poly-related stuff every day. It’s not fancy work, just honest business. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded with paperwork and samples, but that’s how it goes when you’re busy. We try to keep things simple. If you walk into our place, you’ll see people mostly glued to their desks or talking on the phone with suppliers. Kolkata weather is tough, but the tea breaks keep us going. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. We focus on getting the orders right and making sure the logistics side of things doesn't get too messy. It's a lot of coordination. You know how it is with industrial materials, there's always something to track or a delivery to check on. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just a reliable one that people in West Bengal and beyond can call when they need specific poly solutions. We’ve learned that being straightforward works better than anything else. No big speeches or complicated processes, just the work. If we say we’ll get it done, we usually do our level best to make it happen without any fuss.
