We are based in Barasat at 25, RBC Road. It’s a very busy part of the town, near the City Mall at Duckbanglow More. Our office is a place where we handle a lot of different things, which is why we have multi-services in the name. It could be anything from helping people with their documents to arranging small logistics or local services. The office isn't very big, and it’s usually packed with people and files. We have a few desks and some chairs for people to sit while they wait. Barasat is always crowded, and the noise from the street comes right into the office. It gets quite warm in the summer, and we just have a couple of ceiling fans going. Our staff is mostly local people who know the area really well. We don't have a corporate structure or big bosses. It’s just us trying to help folks get their work done. People come in with all sorts of questions, and we try to give them a straight answer. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a website that we update or any fancy brochures. We just talk to the people who walk in. Most of our day is spent sorting through paperwork or talking on the phone to get things moved along. It’s just a normal business in a busy Kolkata suburb.
