Websol Energy Systems Ltd is located at 48, P C Sarani, on the second floor of Plot No. 849, Block-P in New Alipur. It’s a decent area, quite residential in parts but with enough businesses around to keep things interesting. Being on the second floor means we don’t have too many stairs to climb, which is a plus when the lift is busy. We work in the solar energy sector, mostly handling the systems and the business side of things from here. The office is usually full of the sound of people on the phone or the printer going off. We’ve got a mix of people working here, some who have been with us for years and some newer faces. It’s a pretty casual environment, nothing too stiff or corporate. We don't really spend time making up fancy slogans. We’re more interested in making sure our solar energy systems are performing the way they should. New Alipur is a good base for us because it’s easy to get to most parts of the city from here. We often go out for a quick tea break at the corner shop to stretch our legs. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to do a good job. We handle a lot of logistics and technical details every day, and we just try to keep things moving without too much fuss. It’s a steady kind of life, and we like the routine of it all.
